You retain ownership of the content you create and share. However, by posting content, you grant Special Together a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content within the app.

b. Content Moderation

All user-generated content will be subject to moderation to ensure it aligns with the community guidelines. Inappropriate content will be removed, and offending users may be banned.

4. Peer-to-Peer Support and Group Management

Users can create or join support groups for caregivers. Group members must adhere to the community guidelines, and group admins are responsible for maintaining the group’s integrity and ensuring respectful communication.

5. Events

Special Together may host virtual or physical events for caregivers. By registering for an event, you agree to comply with the event’s terms, including cancellation policies.

6. Dispute Resolution

a. Arbitration

Any disputes arising from the use of Special Together will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Special Together is registered.

b. Class Action Waiver

By using Special Together, you agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or representative actions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your rights to use the platform will cease immediately.
